COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Located at the Executive Health & Sports Center, VIVA Boutique is a lifestyle apparel shop featuring clothing, accessories, jewelry and more! Our company is seeking a part time marketing assistant who is passionate about e-commerce, social media and content creation, plus has a love for fashion!

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Marketing Assistant will grow and maintain our social media and ecommerce accounts. This position will be responsible for creating original text, photo and video content as well as support our online sales platforms. This go getter will manage VIVA Boutique company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. This person will also offer a warm and welcoming shopping experience to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Maintain consistent social media presence.
  • Identify and utilize ecommerce platforms to promote and sell our product offerings.
  • Assist in the marketing campaign to promote and direct customers to our website for shopping.
  • Aid in increasing traffic to store and commerce site.
  • Offer a welcoming and pleasant experience to in-store customers.
  • Assist in-store and online customers with purchases.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1-3 years of professional related experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of ecommerce platforms, marketing and social media outlets.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Positive outgoing attitude and ability to work both with a team and independently.
  • Experience with canva, lightroom, or adobe is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Marketing: 1 year (Required)
  • retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
