Title: Genesys Consultant
Description:
A Genesys Consultant with an extensive level of knowledge of the telephony applications, telephony solutions and system architectures will work with the Genesys technical team, the client team, internal client program technical teams and internal client programs' business units to evaluate, diagnose and improve current in use Genesys Cloud application.
Genesys Consultant will review and implement changes as necessary for IVR, call flow, call center operations, system integrations, solution planning, implementation, configuration, system maintenance and software programming.
This position will lead teams to resolve operational, back end monitoring and reporting.
Additionally, Genesys Consultant will ensure best practices are documented for Genesys Cloud agents, supervisors, managers and technical teams.
Skills Required
Experience with Genesys Cloud Contact Center Software implementation, problem resolution (software and user) and user experience.
Experience with implementation of Cloud-based Contact Center As A Service (CCaaS) that involve IVR configuration and troubleshooting.
Ability to work with contact center end users and supervisors, technicians, technical and non technical management.
Ability to use Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
Customer service skills - in person, verbal and written.
Experience Required

Education Required
Minimum Education Level: Associate Degree
