PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Starting at $31.00 an hour and up!

40 hours a week available at most facilities*
Flexible Facilities - work between one community or more!
Overtime available at most facilities
Hourly Wages starting at $31/hr. and up**
Flexible Schedules - Schedule when you are available - and schedule a week or two out! Our facilities offer DAY, EVE and NOC 8 hours shifts including Weekends at all of our communities. Some facilities offer 12 hour shifts for LPNs!
Work as little or as much as you'd like!
Holiday Pay - Time and a Half (when working on a major holiday)

We are looking for new LPNs who recently graduated AND Experienced LPNs with Nursing Home experience
Colorado or COMPACT (CNA) License
Current CPR/BLS
COVID Vaccination Card/Record required or valid exemption
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as a Colorado CAPS background check

**Hourly Rate for PRN LPNs is $31.00 to $35.00 an hour depending upon experience, location and candidates availability to work day or overnight shifts. Semi Monthly Pay (twice a month). Daily Pay Advance available.
