Sales Associate Role
As a Sales Associate at Vivalink, your role will be the key strategic component that fuels our sales
machine. The company’s success begins with your success.
This is an individual contributor position based in Campbell, CA, with significant career growth
opportunity and involvement in the rapidly growing digital health industry.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the VP of Commercial Operations and other members of the Commercial
Team to enable the efficient operation of the Commercial Team.
Trackers. Maintain trackers related to prospect and customer status.
Conferences. Plan and manage the company’s conference attendance. Register for
conferences. Identify, coordinate, assemble, and ship required materials for conferences.
Represent Vivalink at conferences with other members of the Commercial Team.
Sales support materials. Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, making sure all
resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material acquisition, as needed.
Documents. Following the Company’s forms, prepare documentation necessary for
customer engagements.
Outreach. Follow up with prospects, as directed by your manager.
Meetings. Attend customer and prospect meetings, as directed by your manager.
Sales. At the direction of the VP of Commercial Operations, introduce Vivalink products and
services to customers to build a pipeline of new activity. Acquire new customers for the
company’s products and services. Enhance business relationships by providing high levels
of service to customers.
Must-Haves
Demonstrated sales experience
Crisp written and verbal communication skills
Responsiveness to internal and external clients
Keen judgment for determining appropriate messaging
Excellent organizational skills
Understanding of clinical research process and healthcare terminology
Ability to handle substantial volume of assignments
Familiarity with Google Docs
