Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Campaign Manager to join our team. Managing marketing campaigns requires creating compelling stories, strong multimedia skills, sales acumen, and excellent communication and organization skills. At VIVANT, you'll be in charge of planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns to build the audience for our Experiences. The right person for this role will pride themselves on acquiring new customers, growing customer lifetime value, and converting customers into advocates through high-quality marketing campaigns, playing a vital role in leading our business.

In This Role, You Will

  • Plan, manage and execute annual and in-year multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow the audience across our six Experience categories
  • Manage the entire campaign implementation process in terms of time, budget, quality, coordinating planned and ongoing activities with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Define and execute a holistic multi-channel marketing campaign strategy to generate sales, build customer loyalty and increase the customer lifetime value
  • Deliver creative briefs and ensure that assets are in line with media strategy and communication guidelines, partnering up with creatives team and digital channel experts
  • Define and own marketing campaign success metrics and targets, developing our concepts further based on learning and market trends

Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 5 years experience in Digital Marketing and campaign management across multiple marketing channels, with strong performance 
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities including campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling stories
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Confident, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Wine & Spirit Education Trust or equivalent wine education training is a plus
