Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and menu planning
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food production
- Assist with catering and special event food preparation as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and knife skills
- Familiarity with food service and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
