Overview
We’re seeking an experienced individual who can lead our team of Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to success. As the Appointment Setter Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business growth by overseeing the development of other Appointment Setters and guiding them to achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Appointment Setters to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement training programs to increase the team’s skills in setting appointments and customer engagement.
- Establish and maintain KPIs to measure the team’s performance.
- Work closely with sales team to keep strategies in line with the business’ goals.
- Go door-to-door to prospect and schedule appointments for our Solar Experts.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Mentor and motivate team members by creating a positive and hard-working team culture.
Requirements
- Experience in managing an appointment setting team or outbound calling team is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
- Reliable source of transportation.
Compensation
- Salary Commission
- Commission based on performance
