Behavioral Health Clinician - Part-time or Full-time

Vivo HealthStaff is hiring a Behavioral Health Clinician in San Francisco, California. It can be apart-time (20 hours)to full-time (40 hours) per week schedule.

**Job Overview:**
Under the supervision of the Director of Mental and Behavioral Health (MBH), this position is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides evaluation, individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management for older adults with mental health and behavioral needs. Additionally, this role may involve direct support for the development of program materials and implementation within the MBH framework.

*Duties:**

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in distress
• Offer cognitive behavioral therapy and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in clinical research activities to enhance treatment protocols

**Qualifications:**

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• MFT, LPCC, LCSW, PsyD
• One year of experience working with the geriatric population or in a long-term care setting
• Extensive knowledge of mental health and substance abuse counseling, strong communication and interpersonal skills
