Essential Qualifications: - - Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- - Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMSW, LLP)
- - Previous experience providing therapy services to individuals with mental health concerns
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities: - - Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients

- - Manage staff and department within span of control

- - Maintain compliance with program requirements and staff credentials
