Position Snapshot:
VIVO is looking for a Junior Graphic and Motion Designer with a wide range of experience in digital, motion graphics, social, and traditional design to create beautiful websites and campaigns for our clients. You’ll be a part of the creative team and work alongside the web development team, and account team to produce both print and digital materials. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty or take a chance by pushing the envelope.

What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic design sessions with client groups.
- Inspires great design internally, and sells it to clients.
- Partner with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant prospective clients’ requirements.
- Share and import best practices and resources with peers within a broader network.
- Interact in a positive, professional, and motivating manner.
- Create remarkable designs, websites, UI/UX elements, emails, landing page templates, presentations, social media banners, brochures, campaigns, and more.
- Participate in brainstorming and collaborative processes.
- Ensure work meets the brief objectives and addresses stakeholder feedback.
- Present ideas internally and with clients.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, and familiarity with the role.
- Excellent global understanding of end users, consumers, customers, and client businesses.
- Excellent ability to connect with peers, team, and clients, demonstrated in relationships and presentation and persuasion skills.
- Understanding /awareness of the local aesthetic and culture when creating local and global brands, e.g. type, color issues, symbols, etc. for regions.
What you’ll need:
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expert knowledge of motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Willingness to learn new design programs.
- Strong conceptual/creative thinker.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced work environment.
- 3 years of corporate experience.
- A strong portfolio (*Important* Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume)
- Your portfolio must showcase full web designs, web banners, social media graphics, etc.
BONUS
- Experience using a Project Management System such as Asana or Basecamp is a plus.
- HTML/CSS is a plus.
