We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist with a passion for employee experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing benefits, HRIS data, and compliance. In this role, you will be accountable for corporate and customer onboarding of new hires, ensuring an excellent employee experience in every interaction, accuracy of data in the HRIS, and correct and timely submission of compliance filings. You will also collaborate with all internal departments, playing a pivotal role in implementing consistent HR practices across the company.

\n- Ensure seamless onboarding experience for all new hires including Initiating background investigations, communicating with new hires, prepare consultant agreements, conduct onboarding, benefit enrollments/disenrollments, work with benefit brokers in preparation of open enrollment, produce ad hoc reports (census, rosters, status).
- Serve as main point of contact for all benefit plan questions and management.
- Act as process owner for onboarding, termination, and other HR processes.
- Support the transition to new HRIS and act as main system administrator.
- Have working knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to meet filing requirements on time.
- Maintain/update corporate policy and procedures.
- Perform office administrative duties as needed.
- Responsible for distributing monthly internal newsletter and other HR-related communications as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field. Professional work experience can be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working across various HR disciplines. Must have in-depth knowledge of benefits and compliance.

- SPHR-CP/PHR and GovCon experience preferred.
