About the role: The Sales & Business Development internship will give a passionate future sales person the opportunity to work alongside the Sales and Business Development team to help create scalable and efficient processes while supporting revenue related activities related to active deals and pipeline generation. They will have exposure to various parts of the Growth org and see all parts of a deal life cycle.The internship will last for 12 weeks, starting in June and concluding in August. The position may be remote.
The Sales & Business Development intern will provide additional bandwidth for our Sales/BusDev team by supporting open projects, active deals and pipeline generation and make a difference towards revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Centralized Solution Database:
- Create a centralized database of information related to Vivvi and our solutions based on frequently asked client questions. The Growth team will leverage this for deals and RFPs
Centralized Client Database (in partnership with Client Success):
- Streamline and enhance our centralized database of existing client information to better identify and organize account characteristics, program and utilization
Active Deal Support:
- Support sales to create client proposals and answer follow up questions
- Sit in on client meetings
Business Development Support:
- Assist on outreach and responding/ categorizing inquiries from outreach sequences
- Assist on qualification of inbound requests
- Create Prospect Lists
Required Skills:
- Interest/experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to multi-task and effective time management skills
