Summary:
In this role, you will manage and execute contract and program portfolios to meet the unique needs of key segments of memberships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and effectively manage supplier relationships to optimize outcomes.
- Develop and lead a team of category managers for Purchased Services national contracts.
- Develop new agreements supporting healthcare and non-healthcare entities.
- Drive and achieve annual revenue growth goals
- Combine market intelligence from multiple sources to generate strategic insights that drive informed decision making; exhibit deep understanding of trends in health care
- Partner with Category Managers to ensure success of supplier negotiations and strategic relationships.
- Develop and manage the competitive bid process for the general OR custom agreement portfolios.
- Manage existing assigned business and marketing plans for portfolio or specific assigned contracts.
- Create innovative solutions that anticipate and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with contracted suppliers to assist in achieving goals.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant contract negotiations and management experience required.
- Prefer experience in healthcare and coordination of multiple key relationships.
- Established track record of meeting individual and team business goals.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$102,400.00 - $152,200.00This position is also incentive eligible.
