Summary:

In this role, you will work with stakeholders, including Product Management, Business Relationship, and Business Operations to develop high-level requirements for epics and features, ultimately resulting in a product backlog of user stories. You will ensure user story prioritization and participates in planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

• Participate as a liaison between end-users, product management, and business relationship to gather and document high-level epic and feature requirements with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the product quarterly roadmap.
• Present team quarterly goals during QPR, with guidance from senior team members as well as participate in the planning and execution of user interviews with business owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure the product backlog is prioritized; constantly evaluating for changes in priority.
• Participate in the communication of product goals and vision to the development team; revisiting as changes occur.
• Collaborate with the business analyst, engineering owner, UX designer to ensure design meets high-level customer requirements.
• Participate in the development and coordination with cross-functional team on internal/external user and support guides as well as coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders/end users.
• Support a small to medium project team during design, development, and QA testing by clarifying high-level requirement questions.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years’ relevant experience required.
• Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving experience and skills needed to be successful.
• Experience communicating and discussing technical data.
• Exposure and understanding of Agile software development.
• Familiarity with data visualization and documentation tools.
• Healthcare experience in a provider or consulting environment preferred.
