For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $74,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $94,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
The Business Development and Partnership Management team is currently seeking a Partnerships Manager to join their ranks. This role is crucial in providing day-to-day support to the team, ensuring smooth operations and successful partnerships with VIZIO's third-party App Partners. Working closely with your counterparts on the team, you will be responsible for managing partner accounts, fostering relationships, analyzing content usage performance, overseeing projects, and driving cross-functional efforts to enhance services with VIZIO's third-party app partners.
You will also collaborate with the team to maintain, document, and expand partner relationships. Acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams at VIZIO, you will facilitate communication, ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, provide updates, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong passion for organization, partnerships, data, project management and client services.

- Build strong relationships with VIZIO’s third-party app partners, and through proactive management and regular conversations, you will ensure that partners are satisfied with their onboarding experience and ongoing engagement across the VIZIO team.
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Management, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams to onboard, track, and launch third-party partner applications and product integrations per agreed timelines.
- Conduct check-ins with app partners, often in collaboration with marketing, technical product and media teams.
- Analyze and present high-level performance data for partner business reviews.
- Keep accurate records for each partner including contacts, relationship history, project updates and more.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Ad Sales and utilize VIZIO data to identify opportunities and new initiatives to grow engagement and revenue.
- Prepare presentations, QBRs and analysis for various partners.
- Various ad hoc and project focused requests.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the technology, media and entertainment, or other fast-moving business sectors.
- A quick learner that takes initiative and can work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage and progress multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to clearly identify end goals, express thoughts in a concise manner, and effectively capture feedback with strong written and communication skills.
- Experience using data to derive insights and new KPIs as the business evolves.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office products.
- Passion and understanding of the media and entertainment landscape.
