What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at VK Group?
Requirements:
- Minimum four years of experience of bookkeeping
- Must know Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
- Performs office tasks, including typing, filling, organizing, scan and photocopying for financial department
- Must have good communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be Bilingual – Armenian and English
- Must be able to go with the flow and changes that happen daily a good disposition is required.
Responsibilities;
Full Accounting Cycle as follows, but not limited to ;
- Post Daily transactions, account payable and receivable.
- Deposits and journal entries , ensuring correct account classification
- Generate invoices
- Write all the checks for all the approved bills and give them to the manager for final approval
- Process all the rental checks
- Calculate and charge tenants with actual CAM , Property tax and Insurance

- Strong work ethic.
- Candidate must be able to take direction, work at a fast pace, and have willingness to learn.
- Extremely organized , reliable and motivated
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a "Can Do" attitude. Tasks range from the repetitive to the challenging and the successful candidate must be willing to handle all tasks assigned.
- Must be very detail oriented
- Must be a team player and ability to work successfully with any personality type.
