The Project Manager is a critical role within our teams and is a key component to a successful implementation. This position will report to the Product Heads.
Primary Duties:
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with implementation team and senior management.
- Create a detailed work & breakdown plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all implementation team that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Manage the relationships with client, team, and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize & mitigate project risks on quality & schedule.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Job Specifications:
- Related Work Experience –
- 3-5 years of project management, training, consulting, and client support experience
- Prior experience on US healthcare projects is mandatory.
- Ability to drive projects, establish priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
- Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player, quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand.
- Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment * Scrum Master – Guiding teams to use Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Guidance on getting the most out of self-organization and improving efficiency of /fill gaps in existing agile processes/frameworks.
- Removing impediments by finding the right personnel
- Facilitating getting the work done without forcing, coercing assigning, or dictating
- Facilitation of discussion, conflict resolution and decision making
- Assisting communication in internal and external teams, improving transparency
- Support and educate product owner on backlog grooming & maintaining.
Required:
- Playing scrum master role for at least one year on product development project, diligently applying scrum principles, practices & theory.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
