LPN LTC Overnight

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients. This position requires a strong background in nursing home and senior care.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Perform basic nursing procedures, such as wound care and catheterization
- Assist with case management and coordination of care for patients

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state
- Previous experience in nursing home or senior care settings preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to perform spinal taps and other specialized procedures as required
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with case management principles
- Knowledge of Botox administration is a bonus
