Janitorial Job Coach

We are seeking an outstanding Job Coach to join the VIP team! The ideal candidate is someone who will support our clients with employment services in the San Bernardino area. If you have experience in the DSP, vocational training, or job coaching industries and are looking to join a dynamic, values based culture, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Coach and train clients on new tasks or duties when applicable.
• Provide weekly progress reports on how the clients are performing.
• Ensure that timelines and/or quotas are being met daily/weekly.
• Maintain a professional relationship between client(s) and the job site employer.

Who You Are

• Someone who is available to work Sunday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
• Someone with a high school diploma or GED.
• Someone with reliable transportation.
• Someone who has worked with people with disabilities previously or looks forward to working with them!
• Someone who has janitorial experience.
