What You'll Do
Coach, assist, and support employees with disabilities in learning and excelling in their job functions.
Assess clients’ vocational strengths and training opportunities.
Provide documentation of assessments and performance.
Communicate progress with case managers and supervisor to ensure client success.
Maintain a professional relationship between client(s) and the job site employer.
