What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Program Supervisor position at Vodec?
Our Residential Services Supervisors coordinate, evaluation and supervisor our residential service program. The supervisors oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including delivery of supports, implementation of person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, customer engagement, regulatory compliance and when applicable, oversight of the physical environment.
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Shift: Monday-Friday day hours with some on-call after business hours as needed
- Status: Full-time; hours
- Wage: $18.14 to $19.71 per hour
- Bonus: $1,000 hiring bonus (three installments)

Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee residential sites for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or physical needs
- Employee coaching
- Support and advocate for the individuals we serve
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the program
- Delivery of supports
- Implementation of person-centered plans

- Maintaining compliance with licensing standards
- Participation in life enrichment activities with the individuals we serve
- Maintain complete/accurate documentation and reports for the individuals on their caseload

Minimum Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in a related area or an undergraduate degree with a major or minor of study from an accredited college or university
- One (1) year in supervisory or management capacity.
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass state and federal background checks
- Must have a satisfactory driving record
