Job Title: Finance & Insurance Producer
Department: Finance
Reports to: General Sales Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Description: The F&I producer is primarily responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products and programs to customers at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards by performing the following duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sells financing, extended service contracts, and other applicable items or services (e.g., GAP, etc.) to customers.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
- Complete all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and makes all required disclosures to customers.
- Submits paperwork to, and obtains approval from, finance sources on all finance deals.
- Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Handles all rate quotations.
- Responsible for finance and insurance fees and their collection.
- Attends meetings and training as scheduled.
- Adheres to Company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certifications, Licenses, & Registration:
Current, valid, driver's license; satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) acceptable to the company’s insurance company in order to operate vehicles.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
