What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with energy and warmth to get each party started off right
• Be the central nervous system of Voicebox, ensuring each party starts on time and that the whole night goes smoothly
• Answer questions from our guests about what Voicebox is, how it works, and anything in-between
• Use tools like our calendar system and POS to start and close tabs accurately
• Check IDs of each guest

Minimum Requirements:

• Weekend availability
• 21 years old
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• A passion for hospitality and giving great service
• Ability to sit, stand and move for 4 hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience using customer relationship management systems or other reservation software
• Prior experience working in team environments 
• A passion for karaoke or music in general
