The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude to learn and be familiar with both hand tools and power tools.

- Must possess High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrates basic abilities in Major Mechanical Assembly and Testing Techniques and Procedures
- Effective in Minor Assembly (i.e., valves, sub-assemblies, bearings, etc.)
- Demonstrate knowledge in the use of all assembly tools
