Warehouse Coordinator

Professional Experience & Education
Specific skills & Knowledge (Ex: Language, IT skills)
- Good oral and written communication ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse, shipping and inventory processes
- High school graduate.
- 1-2 years similar experience
Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, and MRP systems ( preferred)- Excellent IT skills, speed and accuracy
Key tasks of the Position
Core responsibilities
Additional responsibilities
Responsible for daily checking and assigning of released picks in MRP system- Creation of cycle count paperwork, inventory verification and system entry
- Posting and scanning of warehouse pick/ship documents
- Inventory investigation and reconciliation
- Receiving/put away, picking and shipping duties as assigned
- Manage transfers to and from offsite warehouse
- Posting of non-warehouse receipts in MRP system
- Coordination of inbound air and ocean freight with Logistics group
Act as backup warehouse supervisor when supervisor is absent- Verify warehouse supplies stock level and purchase when needed
- Assist logistics when needed
- Other duties as assigned

Salary : $35,100 - $44,400
