Volanté is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a hungry individual, waiting to sink their teeth into the tech industry in software sales. You are an experienced sales professional, whom thrives in a quota driven environment and doesn’t stray away from a challenge. Reporting into the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Participating in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Prospect for new business using methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings, social networking and etc
- Qualify leads against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with new customers and secure contracts which achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
- Conduct client visits to discuss their needs and pain points, in order to sell Volante’s software and demonstrate our value proposition
- Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to senior management
- Become a champion of Volante’s product through acquiring thorough knowledge of the product and the industry
- Draft and deliver proposals
- Work with all departments of the organization where required, to address customer requirements
- Be held accountable for personal and team sales goals, reporting on sales activities and KPI’s
- Work with the company’s CRM to effectively manage and maintain all sales notes and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns
- Provide feedback on ways to decrease the sales cycle, increase sales, and improve company brand and reputation
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Completed post secondary education, preferably possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2 years relevant sales experience in the software industry
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity, managing client relationships
- Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience
- Excellent communications skills – both in verbal and written correspondence
- Demonstrated success in a fast paced, quota driven environment
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organization
- Strong presentation skills
