We are currently searching for a talented and motivated Proposal Coordinator to join our Mid-Atlantic Region at our regional headquarters in Springfield, VA.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the team with winning new business by supporting the proposal development process
- Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading project descriptions, staff resumes, and marketing collateral
- Updating information in project descriptions/resumes/proposals/qualifications for use in proposals
- Proofreading proposal materials and providing quality control checks
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree – liberal arts or marketing
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly with a high-level of accuracy, using proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Experience in supporting proposal development in response to owner RFPs/RFQs, especially in the transportation engineering field, a plus
- Aptitude for managing multiple, concurrent tasks and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivation to meet individual goals and maintain accountability in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; graphics skills and programs a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is strongly desired
