VW of Streetsboro is looking for an experienced Finance Manager
Position Summary
The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager sells used car buyers' financing and insurance programs. F&I managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates and programs to buyers. F&I managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards of the dealership. Must maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience
Two years of automotive sales experience and one year in a finance manager position are required.
F&I personnel requires strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees, and finance and insurance vendors. A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred. A strong background in business, mathematics, marketing, and computers is also very useful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
