Volt is partnered with a technology company in the city of Irvine. We are looking for the perfect candidate for an Accounts Receivable Analyst direct hire position.
This candidate will be looking to take their career to the next level! The base pay rate ranges from $98-$106K with a bonus structure of 10% to 20% on top.
The position is 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs on site and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities:
- Contributes to all activities for Credit, Collection, A/R Accounting, and Bad Debt functions.
- Develops, implements and maintains the systems, procedures and policies.
- Determine methods and procedures on new projects within or related to the functional area.
- Responsible for accurate analysis and reporting of Accounting Data.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end analysis and reports to Senior Management – including DSO, Bad Debt and Key Customer Analysis.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of wide-ranging experience in Accounts Receivable; including Credit, Collections, Accounting, Bad Debt and Audit.
- Degree required. (Accounting, Finance, other relevant emphasis preferred).
- Experience with SAP or Oracle required. Must be a technical and functional expert.
- Strong communications skills, and the ability to gain acceptance from internal and external parties while maintaining good relations with those parties.
