Emergency Dispatcher in Mesa, AZ Volt is immediately hiring for
Position Type : Full time contract
Duration : 6 months
SHIFT : 7 AM to 2 : 30 PM
As an Emergency Dispatcher you will be :
- Responsible for answering and entering emergency calls while simultaneously dispatching for and monitoring multiple fire and security radio channels with moderate to high volume radio traffic
- Provide approved Pre-Arrival Instructions according to policies and procedures
- Make required and requested notifications
- Perform in a team environment
- Support training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) formulation as needed
The ideal candidate will have :
- 1 years of working as an emergency dispatcher at a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) or in a related role within Security & Fire Protection.
- High School Diploma
Pay Range : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
