Volt is immediately hiring a Seasonal Winery Worker in Lodi, CA

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Harvest Seasonal Winery Workers. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about winemaking and eager to learn the craft from the ground up.

No prior experience is necessary if you are willing to learn, we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this position.

As a Seasonal Winery Worker, you will :

• Assist in various stages of the winemaking process, including but not limited to crushing, fermentation, blending, and barrel aging.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilizing of winery equipment and facilities.
• Handle the movement of wine and juice, including racking and pumping operations.
• Participate in the harvest process, including picking and sorting grapes as needed.
• Support the winery team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

This is a full-time opportunity for either 1

shift, or 2

shift.

Shift days are Monday-Saturday's

shift : 4am-4pm (12 hours / day- 8 hours straight / 4 Overtime)

shift : 3pm-3 : 30 am (12 hours / day- 8hours straight / 4 Overtime)

The ideal candidate will have the following Qualifications :

• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 55 lbs .
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, okay with rotating shift if needed (with notice), including nights and weekends, with the possibility of significant overtime during peak seasons.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

Pay Rate : $19.60 (plus .50 cent shift differential for 2

shift)

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
