Volt is immediately hiring Picker Packers in Oxnard!!

As a Picker Packer you will :
- Inspecting produce for quality but not limited to size,, color, ripeness and overall freshness
- Understand the various customers and the specifications in quality that
each customer requires
Understand the various proper packing procedures including but not
limited to box types and bag configurations
Determine fruit and bag quality and sort according to company and
customer quality standards
- Utilize any supporting packing materials for all product types
- Ensure working area is always clean and ready according to company
standards
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
Pay Rate is $16 / hr
The ideal candidate will have :
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Able to work in a cold room environment
- Read and communicate in English or Spanish
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
