Volt is immediately hiring a Production Supervisor in Westbrook, ME
As a Production Supervisor, you will :
- Assists in coordinating production activity in assigned work areas, ensuring that product is continuously processed in accordance with build schedules.
- Supervise non-exempt manufacturing personnel for instrument final assembly manufacturing of various product lines.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities.
- Provide input on manufacturability, ergonomics, test improvements, routings, and capacity.
- Operate and manage a department within budget.
- Coordinates communication of work instructions to personnel in designated areas in accordance with supervisory objectives.
- Ensures that quality and production goals are met.
Schedule : 2nd Shift
2nd Shift
Duration : 5 Months (possible extn.)
Location : Westbrook, ME
Pay Rate : $ 35.00-39.50 / per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
