Responsibilities
Duties : Promotes a safe working environment and adheres to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, company safety rules, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) at all times
- Responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the production floor
- Identifies product to be produced and complete required forms
- Performs and documents in-process inspections according to required frequency
- Reports quality problems or finding to Quality management and follow ups to ensure that the correction action has / will take place
- Accepts or reject finished Good product
This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Experience on the line and Quality
- Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
- QA background on Production line, working with Finished goods, and know how to operate a scale attention to details.
- Know how to perform Component inspection following Acceptable Quality Levels (ANSI / ASQ STANDARD Z1.4-2003)
- Good Knowledge how to use computer including MS Office and email.
- Know how to tabulate and perform data analysis
Pay Rate : $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Shift : 1st (must be flexible to do OT if needed)
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
