We are a Southern California based renewable energy company who is looking to hire for our Voltaic Construction team. We are looking for Solar Installers who can safely and effectively carry out projects from start to finish. We want to find installers who can ensure quality work while staying safe and within timeframes.
Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service skills with a professional appearance
- Ability to work under various weather conditions
- Solar Installation experience
- Roofing Experience
- Ability to lift and transport materials up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Seal roof penetrations
- Assemble solar array and racking
- Install roof-mounted solar panels
- Maintain and troubleshoot solar panels
- Clean up projects
Apprenticeship- Training included
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
