Job Description:
BDC Representatives will be responsible for handling all Service internet Chats, Incoming appointment calls as well as confirming service appointments and performing follow-up for upcoming services. BDC Representatives will strive to generate Service business by reaching out to current customers, making appointments and upselling services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Internet and phone Service leads, respond to service inquiries in a timely fashion and assist customers in making service appointments. Call customers to confirm appointments and special ordered parts.
- Communicate effectively with Service customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text message, email or in person)
- Become knowledgeable and proficient in explaining vehicle features and options. Also have the technical ability to look at service history to upsell services.
Job Requirements:
- Previous call center and/or BDC experience is a must (minimum 2 Years) Automotive knowledge is a plus.
- Possess good grammar and written communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers. Bilingual is a plus.
- Automotive Service or Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers.
- Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all service oportunities.
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
