For this position, the base salary range is set at $60,000 - $90,000, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
Core Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers or respond to customer phone requests
- Refer customers to appropriate individuals or channels in order to guarantee efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Resolve problems
- Review and report inventory discrepancies
- Complete or support manpower billing
- Work order processing and invoicing
- Distribute and keep technical information up-to-date
- Train co-workers on various aspects of their work responsibilities or expertise, as requested

Minimum Education Required:
- HS diploma or GED
- One year vocational training or two year industry-related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred

- 3-5 years of customer service experience
