Responsibilities
The Corporate Recruiter develops and executes innovative recruiting strategies for Von Maur and Dry Goods to include positions at the stores, corporate office and e-commerce. Primary job responsibilities include the following:
- Creates recruiting strategy and oversees ad content creation, including ad copy, graphic design and video content.
- Builds the Von Maur and Dry Goods brands and identifies opportunities to position companies in various markets.
- Manages recruitment marketing budget and applicant tracking system; stays up to date with recruiting best practices.
- Coordinates with hiring managers to ensure strong workforce planning at peak periods and to adjust to changing business needs. This includes holiday and new store hiring efforts.
- Conducts and/or coordinates presentations for recruitment purposes. Travels to store locations and career fairs as needed.
Candidates must be able to work in-office in Davenport, Iowa.
