This constant quest for improvement is driving the need for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, who will take a lead role in shaping our global Revenue and Billing Operations systems. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring our systems are supporting our rapid revenue growth and international expansion activities.
This is a fast paced and highly collaborative role, requiring a problem solver with an eye for detail, and someone who thrives in an environment where cross functional collaboration drives the business forward. This position will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will be a remote/telecommute supported position.

What you will do
- Manage billing, payment, and collections platform system enhancements and process improvement initiatives within the order to cash environment.
- Support billing, payment, and collections platform projects to drive efficiencies and scalability in collaboration with our product, IT, accounting and sales teams.
- Take a lead role in documenting and executing billing, collection, and payment platform user acceptance testing tasks prior and post deployment.
- Provide system related support and knowledge transfer to Revenue Operations Support team. Including system knowledge transfer.
- Provide process and system functionality guidance as they pertain to the use of the billing and collection platforms.
- Manage open billing and collection platform issues and drive resolution and fixes.
- Ensure Finance and Billing related processes are adhered to for SOX compliance and efficient business operations

What is required
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience is required
- Zuora subscription billing platform knowledge required
- Experience in billing, financial or business analysis, with an operations background required
- Experience using ERPs such as Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, or SAP preferred
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel capabilities required
- SQL database reporting knowledge is a plus
- Tableau report writing and execution experience a plus
