VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm is seeking a client service-oriented Manager to manage our Transaction Advisory Services practice. We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial minded transaction advisory professional who is interested in advancing in their career and contributing to the growth and development of our firm. The Manager will lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial due diligence assistance to middle market companies and private equity investors.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute and oversee transaction advisory engagements
- Strong emphasis on performing quality of earnings analysis
- Demonstrate excellent financial modeling skills
- Ensure client satisfaction with the engagement process and deliverables
- Develop excellent client relationships at the appropriate levels
- Qualify opportunities and participate in the proposal process
- Utilize network and industry relationships to identify business development opportunities
- Collaborate with professionals in other practice areas
- Build practice in pursuit of growing the Transaction Advisory Services team
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in either an audit or consulting environment, including 2 years of Transaction Advisory Services experience
- CPA license required
- Experience utilizing industry software to automate reports
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to interpret complex business and financial information
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically business writing aptitude
- Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment either independently or within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to produce quality work with strong attention to detail

- Is compliant with administrative tasks and deadlines, such as time entry, response to appointments, completion of goals and performance review.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
