Description
The Sales Activator (SA) is the WvC lead of the Region for Large Format as well as select VIP target accounts. The SA will negotiate and execute local customer merchandising agreements; balance standards, spend and Fair Share Index shelving space for the best possible outcome for VIP accounts. Develop market solution utilizing analytical selling approach and all available market data for Large Format and VIP. Conduct field sales call for 40–60 accounts per week. Ensure all promotions are accompanied by effective Point of Sale and incremental displays. Customize sales pitch to achieve account goals while driving effective, permanent placements (warm and cold). Evaluates return on investment (ROI) prior to recommending specific POS or customized solutions. Executes all displays within Red Bull guidelines. Report regularly on monthly reviews and quarterly business review needs to company’s directors. Lead and present on specialized sales, account and Energy category trainings for Voss Sales Team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
· Drive in store presence in line with Red Bull Perfect Store Standards.
· Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition.
· Maintain and increase product range in all stores.
· Drive execution of agreed and over and above national and local promotion opportunities.
· Report non-compliance in a timely manner.
· Pre-sell to accounts all promotional activity. 30-60-90 day outlook on activity.
· Responsible to drive effective communication amongst RBDC distribution team. Ensuring best in class account service.
· Lead all market activations to in-store activations for all accounts.
· Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.
· Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
· Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology) increasing opportunities to expand in-store presence.
· Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness to include category education, current state of business for account, quality of sales call.

Position Requirements:
· Proven sales or customer service track record
· College degree preferred
· Knowledge of beverage market preferred
· Driver’s License – Class C
· Clean driving record/pass drug test, lift test
