Job Description:
Branch Manager will lead all parts of the Phoenix Branch including Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Revenue Management, Fleet Management, and most importantly: People Management.
This role will be reporting directly to the Senior Rideshare Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
- Grow business through strong market branding, strong operational base and customer service ensuring business is built for long-term profitability and success.
- Manage the entire operation of the Branch.
- Effectively grow the fleet size at Branch level and partner with Regional Managers and National Fleet Manager.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting achievement of location sales and margin goals
- Ensure a positive customer friendly experience at all times.
- Effectively manage performance of staff at all times.
- Ensures compliance with fleet operating standards and maintenance requirements.
- Oversee safety and service standards by ensuring safety and cleanliness of facilities and vehicles.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the facility
- Managing customer service and fleet staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote role.

Qualifications Needed:
- Ability to work in fast-moving, rapid growth environments.
- Minimum of five years of prior experience with fleet management of 500 vehicles in one location is preferred.
- Above average MS Office & Google workspace skills
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and must be in good standing.
