We’re seeking a self-starter, highly driven Quality Professional who will provide professional direction and support for Quality Assurance initiatives. This position reports to the Director, Quality Systems & Integration and entails exciting projects and career development. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a passion for quality processes and improvements, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote work environment. Key Duties:QA Representative/SME for assigned cross functional team projects QT9 system administrator QMS electronic system; run reports, maintain compliance of the system, send updates to all site. administrators.Support the Quality Director in continuous improvement of all new/current systems and processes to maintain compliance, ensure product quality, and customer satisfaction. Communicate project status of all projects as requested and report at regular intervals Support QA initiatives as requested.Skills Requirements:Critical thinker.Strong team player.Work effectively with other functional groups (e.g.IT, QA, R&D). Excellent communication skills. Work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferably Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Microbiology or similar from an accredited college or university. At least 5-10 years in a Quality Assurance or related role. Experience in an FDA regulated facility. Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care and OTC preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems preferred.Travel RequirementsMust be able to travel up to 10%.
