Fostering strong relationships with customers
Retention/Marketing new business/Renewals/Quoting
Data entry and timely follow-ups on inquiries and billing of accounts
Servicing accounts through account review/Policy review/Making suggested coverage options
Completing continuing education as applicable
Requirements
New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License required (NY P&C is also a BONUS!)
5+ Years of Commercial Account Management insurance experience required
Exceptional typing/phone/written/verbal communication & listening skills
Computer software knowledge including insurance management system knowledge. Applied Systems preferred. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and outlook preferred
Must be highly self-motivated, and must possess a willingness to work independently or as a team
