Job Description
The New Store Opening Trainer of Retail at Vuori is an essential part of the leadership and training team and is passionate about creating an ongoing culture of learning. The New Store Opening Training Manager is responsible for facilitating and overseeing training programs for new Vuori locations. You will play a key role in identifying and assessing the training needs of the new store openings. You will help our teams with knowledge about the Vuori brand and culture, products, processes and leadership.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- You are an expert in Vuori’s culture, mission, vision, values and product.
- Travel to multiple new store openings throughout the year to train our teams and support with opening week.
- Facilitate the Vuori Retail store leadership and training curriculum, focused on new store openings.
- Partner with the cross functional departments to provide feedback and ensure that our training materials are up to date and meeting the needs of the business.
- Partner with the Senior Training Manager to help build facilitation and training programs for the new store opening.
- Partner with the District Managers, General Managers and Store Managers to identify any training gaps.
- Provide timely and proactive training feedback to Senior Manager of Training in order to keep our trainings impactful and effective.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

- Staff training and development.
- Connection to store teams that build relationships; are great at getting related to everyone quickly.
- Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and undefined environment.
- Can speak to store openings from a leadership role – you have experienced new store openings and have been in store leadership role.
- Are detailed oriented and love to brainstorm, plan, schedule, execute and go back to review and evolve.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000
