Responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and mentor customer service team
· Manage Key Accounts
· Develop relationships with customers
· Communicate with customers daily on design changes, warranty claims, and delivery dates
· Work with production and shipping to develop accurate timelines
· Find ways to increase sales with existing customers
· Ensure top level customer service to all customers all the time
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree or equal experience
· Metal / Steel Fabrication and/or Machining experience
· Ability to read prints
· Experience managing customer accounts for manufacturing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
