Responsibilities include:
- Drive a culture of safety-first in the workplace
- Develop and lead all EHS initiatives
- Develop Safety Management Systems including written standards, training requirements, document control, auditing, and corrective actions
- Lead all accident investigations and manage workman compensation issues
- Develop and lead safety training for all new hires
- Establish and roll out environmental management system according to requirements from local, state, and federal agencies
Requirements include:
- Experience driving environmental, health, and safety standards
- Manufacturing experience
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive a safety-first culture
- OSHA Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
