GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Campaign Manager will focus on specific lines of business within Vantage West Credit Union and be a key driver in planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing campaigns tailored to promote our targeted financial products and services. The primary responsibility will be to strategize and execute result-oriented marketing initiatives to maximize Member acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue generation within the designated lines of business. This role will collaboratively work with cross-functional teams, product managers, and external partners to drive profitable growth and strengthen the brand while remaining compliant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or related roles focusing on specific lines of business.
Additional Preferred Education & Experience:
- Experience in financial services industry
- Experience in project management managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Basic graphic or production design skills are a plus
Minimum Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns for specific lines of business. Solid knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using data analytics and reporting tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in utilizing traditional and digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising to reach and engage with potential Members.
- Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively and professionally, and successfully gain buy-in, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects within required timelines and expectations, build schedules, create and manage budgets, create and suggest marketing plans, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional departments.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations, using presentation equipment and software, and maintaining tact when communicating.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer software such as Microsoft suite.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:
This job requires the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Infrequent lifting up to 25 lbs. Frequent travel within the State of Arizona is required.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for specific lines of business, including loans, credit cards, lines of credit, wealth management, deposit products, online banking services, and payment products for both consumer and business Members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and relevant stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each line of business.
- Utilize market research, internal data, and customer insights to design Member-centric campaigns that resonate with the target audience and address their specific needs.
- Establish project, campaign budgets, and ensure actual campaign costs remain within prescribed financial constraints.
- Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum return on investment and achieving campaign goals.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with product managers and subject matter experts to stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, translating them into compelling campaign messages.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging marketing materials, including digital assets, landing pages, email templates, and social media content, aligned with the brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, where required, to execute specialized campaigns or access additional expertise.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to management and other stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the corporate and Member communications team to ensure maximum awareness and understanding of key campaign messages.
- Stay up-to-date of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact the effectiveness of campaigns for the designated lines of business. Recommend new approaches to marketing campaigns based on this industry and competitive awareness.
Salary range is $62,707.71-$83,303.57. Job Grade, EX 13. Final salary is dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications.
