GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customers schedule for self-install/onboarding or schedule service appointments for installation and/or training. The Scheduling Coordinator assists the Implementation team to ensure customers achieve the desired outcomes in the shortest amount of time.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a smooth and timely handoff from the Sales Team through warm transfer or kick off calls.
- Prioritize new customers based on customer segments and ensure SLAs are achieved.
- Analyze customer segments and encourage self-install/onboarding or schedule high-touch onboarding based on specific customer needs/demographic.
- Check in with customers regularly as they navigate their installation and training appointments to ensure a high degree of satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure swift resolutions to issues so the customer doesn’t have roadblocks on their path to an accelerated revenue cycle with our products.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Customer Service - The Scheduling Coordinator is the first Vyne interaction post-sale and requires excellent customer service/communication skills.
- Tools: Dialpad & Salesforce - Ability to learn/adapt to new systems/tools such as Dialpad, Google Meet, Salesforce and other company systems and tools.
- Dental Knowledge - Foundational knowledge of the goals and priorities of dental practices using our solutions is a plus.
- Organization - With numerous new accounts assigned to team members at any given time, the ability to maintain an organized calendar and tasks agenda is vital.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- SaaS Administrative or Customer Service experience a plus
- Experience working in a dental practice is desirable
- Ability to communicate confidently and assertively
- Comfortable learning new technologies and software systems
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to de-escalate situations when needed
