ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day coordination of logistics related to Vytelle’s IVF Operations. Will maintain efficient and smooth operation of the physical location. Will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client and intra-team communication
- Inventory management and handling and tracking
- Data entry and report generation
- Contribute process improvement recommendations and solutions
- Handling and shipping of client embryos and semen
- Ordering, handling, and receiving of supplies
- Invoice management
- Facilities maintenance
- Tracks and inventories shipping incubators
- Must be highly organized and take initiative
- Maintain company assets as applicable (vehicles, guest house)
- Perform additional tasks as requested by laboratory manager
- Attend Health and Safety Committee Meetings

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
